Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Oh-la-la offers free delivery on orders of R950 or more.

We've partnered with The Courier Guy to deliver your order safely to your door, anywhere in South Africa within 2-6 business days at a cost of only R85.  A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 7 days to return an unwanted item from the date you received it from the courier. Items have to be unworn, in their original packaging and unopened as when shipped to you. No exception to this rule!

For hygiene reasons, any earrings that was tried on can not be returned or exchanged.

The return expense will be for the customers' account.

Damaged items

We take the utmost care inspecting your jewellery before it is sent to you. It is then carefully packaged to avoid damage during delivery. In the unlikely event that any jewellery from Oh-la-la is delivered defective, we will gladly replace the item. You will need to contact Oh-la-la immediately if an item is found defective and send pictures of the damaged jewellery to info@ohlalasilver.co.za WITHIN 24 hours of receiving it from the courier.

Please note: If a damaged item is not reported within 24 hours, we will unfortunately not be able

to replace or exchange the item.  Oh-la-la will cover the cost of the return of a damaged item.

There are no third-party entities with whom we share your data for marketing, advertising, or any other purposes not explicitly mentioned in this policy.
