Shipping Policy
Oh-la-la offers free delivery on orders of R950 or more.
We've partnered with The Courier Guy to deliver your order safely to your door, anywhere in South Africa within 2-6 business days at a cost of only R85. A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch.
PLEASE NOTE
At Ohlala Silver, we never ask you to pay courier fees separately. Delivery costs are always included in your invoice, and if your order is over R950, delivery is completely free. Please be cautious of fraudulent emails or messages asking for additional courier payments - these do not come from us. If you are ever unsure, kindly contact us directly before making any payment.
Return & Exchange Policy
To ensure a smooth return process, please note that you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted items. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging and unopened, as they were shipped to you. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been tried on cannot be returned or exchanged, and please be aware that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged items
Oh-la-la, we take great pride in ensuring your jewellery is thoroughly inspected before it reaches you. Each piece is carefully packaged to prevent any damage during delivery. In the rare event that you receive a defective item, we are committed to replacing it for you.
Please contact us at info@ohlalasilver.co.za within 24 hours of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged jewellery. Remember, if the issue is not reported within this time frame, we regret that we won't be able to offer a replacement or exchange. Rest assured, Oh-la-la will cover the return shipping costs for any damaged items.
